Local Historical Monument since 1998.

It was built in 1981, designed by the architect’s studio Del Valle & Asociados. Made of incense wood and reinforced concrete covered in stone with slate tiles. The steep slope of the roofs continues in a double-height pedestrian area, surrounding the trees and the internal garden. Because of its unique characteristics, it has become a reference value for the downtown area, with an intense social and cultural use on the upper floor.
