Bme. Mitre 329

Built in the 30s for Doctor Lucio Esteban de los Santos as a home and personal office. It’s one of the first houses built in masonry on Mitre St. This contruction is representative of the picturesque tendency of architecture that emerged before and during the intervention of the National Parks Administration in the region, by having various plastic and aesthetic canons that gave character to the pioneering Bariloche.
